Vice President, Finance
Richard Goldberg joined Anchor Construction Corporation as the Vice President of Finance in 2020. With an impressive 35 years of financial and risk management in the construction industry, Rich currently oversees Anchor’s expanding finance department. Before joining Anchor, Rich served as Executive Vice President and CFO at GCS-SIGAL Construction Corporation, guiding the company through significant growth during his 16-year tenure. Prior, Rich worked at Turner Construction Corporation over the course of 20 years in various progressive financial roles.
Rich is very active within the community and construction industry‒serving on numerous boards and advisory groups in the DMV area. He is a current member of The Economic Group of Washington DC, Leadership Greater Washington, and CFMA. He also sits on the Leadership Greater Washington Membership committee (2013 – present) and has advised industry and community organizations including the YMCA Fairfax County (2001 – 2009), the Greater Washington Board of Trade (2002 – 2006), Volunteers of America Chesapeake (2013 – 2015), and the BB&T Advisory Board Alexandria (2003 – 2019).
Rich graduated from Pace University in Pleasantville, New York with a B.B.A degree in Accounting.
