Carpenter
• Responsible for Setting / Removing Forms of all types and accessories, including plumbing and
straight line all work and provide QA/QC.
• Manage and direct employees / Carpenter Helpers working under him/her.
• Ability to read and interrupt drawings for installation of Formwork a plus.
• Experience with Structural Formwork for Bridges and Walls a plus.
Concrete Finisher
• Place, finish, and cure concrete for heavy civil construction projects including sidewalks, curbs,
gutters, highways, bridge structures, footings, etc.
• Use troweling machinery and other texturing tools for finishing and shaping concrete
• Align forms for sidewalks, curbs and gutters
General Laborer
• Ensure a safe work environment in compliance with OSHA, State regulations, and all safety
policies and procedures
• Report any problems and/or safety hazards to your foreman or, in their absence the crew lead
or Superintendent or Safety Officer
• Identify utility lines
• Take initiative in setting up and cleaning up work site, ensuring all tools and equipment are
cleaned and properly stored
Pipelayer
• Ability to recognize all types of pipe and pipe fittings
• Knowledge of how to properly connect the different types of pipe
• Knowledge of and experience in the use of hand tools associated with pipe installation
• Knowledge of different glues and lubricants associated with pipe installation
• Ability to cut pipes to specified lengths and angles
• Ability to read and comprehend blueprints in order to identify pipe locations and elevations
Project Manager - Civil & Structural
• Civil engineering education
• Extensive experience in construction project management
• Familiar with project management software (Sage, Primavera P6, etc).
• Familiar with HCSS software
• Experience in bridge work
Heavy Equipment Operator (DC Operator License)
• Experienced operator using Excavator, Backhoe, and Skid Steer Loader
• Ability to navigate through utilities and operate equipment in a city
• Maintain and abide by all safety requirements
Heavy Equipment Operator (Non-DC Operator License)
• Experienced operator using Excavator, Backhoe, and Skid Steer Loader
• Ability to obtain DC operator’s license class 7 a, b, and open 7 within 6 months of employment
• Maintain and abide by all safety requirements
