Manuel Carones brings more than 30 years of roadway construction, concrete paving and utility work experience to the team at Anchor Construction. He specializes in overseeing multiple projects in multiple locations, such as the IDIQ and annual contracts including the NAVFAC, Department of Army, Fairfax County and WSSC.

Mr. Carones’ responsibilities include overseeing and scheduling more than 30 company crews and coordinating with multiple subcontractors in different job sites, machinery tracking and maintenance.  He works closely with project managers and superintendents to ensure a timely, cost efficient, high quality product to meet and exceed our customer expectations.​
