This project was a “design/build”, which means Anchor Construction was responsible for both the design and the construction of the project. Designated areas were demoed and prepared for green infrastructure installment which included Alley Permeable Pavement (APP), Parking Permeable Pavement (PPP), Curb Bio-Retention (CBR), Planter Bio-Retention (PBR), and two GI Park Projects designed by DDOT were installed.
